Consultation & Tasting
We offer a personalized consultation and tasting where you and your partner—or anyone you’d like to bring—can sit down one-on-one with Lou to discuss your vision.
As a home-based bakery located just north of Crestview, consultations and tastings are held in your home or at a comfortable public location, such as Panera Bread. We’re happy to travel throughout the Florida Panhandle.
Your consultation is a relaxed, one-on-one experience where we’ll spend about an hour discussing your vision, style, and details for your special day — with time for any additional questions you may have.
Enjoy two boxes of six cupcakes—one for you and one for your partner— featuring six flavors each.
Each tasting includes Lou’s Signature American Buttercream, along with up to three additional buttercream flavors selected to complement your cake choices.
You’ll also receive personalized guidance backed by over 10 years of experience as we bring your vision to life and create a cake for your special day without the stress.
To make the most of your consultation, please come prepared with a few details:
- Inspiration photos (Pinterest, Google, etc.—no need to print)
- Your event date (to confirm availability)
- Venue location (for delivery and setup planning)
- Approximate guest count (to guide sizing)
- Your choice of 3 additional cake flavors for tasting

Your consultation and tasting experience is $75. If you decide to book your wedding cake with us, $50 of that fee will be applied toward your order.

Our setup service takes care of everything at your venue, from placing cakes and cupcakes to adding final touches like fresh florals for the best presentation. We also come prepared with the essentials to handle any unexpected transport issues.
